I would give them a zero if I could. These are absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. The item arrived and the bolt was screwed into the wrong piece. We really were trying to see how it could be fixed and not have to return it. When I called them, they accused me of doing it. They said for me to pay to have it shipped back and then they would replace it. We FaceTimed to show how it came. Why should I have to pay shipping for a defective product? At the end, they said to keep it and they would refund us because they didn’t want to do business with someone like us. You better video yourself opening the box so they don’t accuse you of assembling it wrong! Wow, just wow!

This company is a scam! They charged me for items i never authorized. Tanya supposedly reverse the charges but never hit my account. On top of that they sent me four items that I never ordered! Do not get Involved with them. I checked with my local FBI office and they confirmed they’ve also received complaints. This company should be shut down;

I ordered the swing guide which was supposed to be free but was charged$6.95 plus the advanced drills. Total came to $37. When I checked my bank statement I was charged numerous times plus was charged $149 numerous times. I tried to contact Tim Graves but is email did not exist. Tried to contact them by phone but was sent right into voicemail. This company should be investigated. Do not get Involved with them. They cost me almost $700 and received no responses or even the products I was charged for!

As a business owner I do not bash other businesses unless it’s called for and I’m truly chapped. After being out of golf for nearly 35 years, I took a full yr before buying clubs. I truly thought I had done my homework bc I wanted to learn the single plane swing.

I sent my measurements to Graves Golf and they were going to get me fitted for clubs. So, they emailed and saying the driver shaft was out of stock and there was only one alternative. I agreed but little did I know later on it was not the correct shaft for my swing, I’m not a golf guru and was depending on them for my needs.

Fast forward after a yr. I get fitted for a new driver and three wood. The fitter tells me my irons are a half inch too long. I take a golf a school and the instructor (single plane course) encourages a divot board. Now I find out my lie is off and my irons can only be bent one degree at most or they might crack if bent any more than that. I will NEVER do business with graves golf again your not professional it’s about money with you people. I serve the public for a living and yes I need to make money but I do it ethically.

If there is any consolation, I do like my four and five hybrids but Very Disappointed in Graves Golf so called fitting.
